How to remove some difficult-to-clean stains on pirate hats? This problem is believed to be the concern of many friends, and it has been bothering everyone. Here I will share with you the method of cleaning common stains on pirate hats.
1. Oils and fats: including animal and vegetable oils and petroleum series mineral oils. Once it is stained on the fiber fabric, it is not easy to remove. It can only be cleaned with some chemicals to dissolve it and then wash it. The method is to wash with gasoline.
2. Soy sauce: soak the hat, apply baking soda, and wash it off with water after 10 minutes. Another simple method is to sprinkle a little sugar on the stain, then rub it back and forth, and then wash it off with warm water.
3. Sweat stains: pure cotton has good sweat absorption and air permeability, and correspondingly has many sweat stains and is easy to get dirty. But it can be removed by just rubbing it with dish soap.
4. Blood stains, milk stains and other protein-containing substances can be dissolved in water. However, this kind of substance is more afraid of high temperature. Once it encounters high temperature, the protein will be stably combined with the fabric fiber and it is difficult to remove. So do not use high temperature water to wash in such cases. If the hat is stained with blood, scrub it with ginger first, and then dip it in cold water to scrub to remove the blood stains. It can also be washed with white radish juice, and the blood stains will be washed away quickly.
5. Moldy. During the rainy season, pirate hats are prone to mold spots, even if they are washed and stored there, the same is true if they are not properly stored in wet weather. Use mung bean sprouts to scrub back and forth on the mildew stains, and then rinse with water.
